Sydney Brey is a drawing-designing-antiquing-creating-storytelling-photo-taking writer & artist who loves living in Los Angeles, hates writing about herself in the third person, and wants you to know that the photo you’re looking at isn’t even of her. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts, Sydney’s passions lie in crafting a good story and abusing the thesaurus.

Whether she’s writing copy for social media campaigns, illustrating a picture book, working on her next screenplay, or archiving her View-Master collection, Sydney is always in search of how to invent and tell stories in new and interesting ways. Inspiration could come from anywhere, so she believes in having a varied and ever-expanding skill set (at least that’s the excuse she uses for taking up so many strange hobbies). No matter what she’s doing (like say, writing an about me page), she is always on the lookout for ways to entertain and captivate an audience.
